Modified Hours of Operation for Legalinc's Registered Agent Offices
Due to the increasing spread of Covid-19, Legalinc is implementing preventive measures to help mitigate the effects of the pandemic. To ensure safe working environments for all employees and partners, several of Legalinc’s Registered Agent offices are closed or have modified hours of operation and mail delivery procedures. See below for a current list of impacted offices.

Open Monday - Friday from 10am to 2pm
Hawaii
Open Monday - Friday from 9am to 4pm
Illinois
Open Monday - Friday 9am to 11am
Indiana
Offices open Tuesday and Thursday, from 12pm to 3pm.
Kansas
Open Monday - Friday from 10am to 12pm
Louisiana
Limited hours. Please call in advance.
Maryland
Open Monday - Friday from 9am to 11am
Mississippi
Limited hours. Please call in advance.
New Mexico
Closed until further notice. All mail is being held at the post office.
New York
Limited hours. Please call in advance.
North Carolina
Open Monday and Thursday from 1pm to 3pm.
Pennsylvania
Appointment needed. Please call in advance.
Rhode Island

South Carolina

Tennessee
Open Monday - Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm
Texas
Open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Washington
Closed until April 6, 2020. Staff member is available to meet upon request.
Important: Several Secretary of State offices may have reduced their operating hours or closed altogether due to the Coronavirus. This may delay some current orders and potentially some future orders as well.
